H5 CNC High Speed Precision Band Saw
Features:
1. Single automatic sizing ≥450mm, capable of automatic multi-cycle sizing.
2. Fully automatic sizing and semi-automatic sizing modes can be switched for operation.
3. Automatic feeding uses servo positioning, precise, fast, and reliable.
4. The mechanical frame is designed as a heavy-duty structure to ensure the machine operates stably and accurately.
5. The running guide rail of the saw frame adopts a precision pre-loaded linear guide, which is accurate and stable.
6. The machine head’s blade feed uses a servo motor + ball screw type design, assisted by a nitrogen balance system.
7. The drive at the end of the saw belt adopts a large-pitch helical gear reducer for power transmission.
8. Equipped with an automatic chip removal function.
9. The blade adopts hydraulic tension and plate hydraulic pressing functions.
10. Equipped with an automatic chip cleaning steel brush mechanism, which can also adjust the speed.
11. The saw band guide has a vibration damping function, maximizing the service life of the saw band and improving the accuracy of sawing.
12. Ultra-short tailing design, with a minimum tailing length ≤30mm / 1.18".
13. Uses Heineda's independently developed PLC control and operating system.
14. Optional functions include: bandsaw blades pressure monitoring, bandsaw blades tilt monitoring, bandsaw blades life reminder, and sawing production statistics functions.
